Finnish sauna or Bio-sauna

Finnish sauna is a traditional sauna with high temperatures and dry air. Typically, temperatures range from 80 to 100 degrees Celsius and humidity is less than 20 percent. A sauna session typically lasts between 8 and 15 minutes and is accompanied by a short cooling process immediately after leaving the sauna. Such a sauna session can provide a variety of health benefits, including stress relief, improved blood circulation and detoxification of the body.

Bio sauna, also known as soft sauna, is a type of sauna with lower temperatures and higher humidity compared to Finnish sauna. The temperature is usually between 55 and 65 degrees Celsius with a humidity of 40 to 55 percent. A sauna session typically lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. Using a bio-sauna can also provide health benefits, such as improving breathing, relaxing muscles and reducing pain and inflammation.

Our saunas are heated for you daily from 2:30 to 6:30 pm.

Roman steam bath

The temperature in the steam bath is usually between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius with a high humidity of 100 percent. A typical sauna session lasts about 15 to 20 minutes and can help clear the respiratory system, increase blood circulation and relieve stress.

Our saunas are heated for you daily from 2:30 to 6:30 pm.

Infrared sauna

Infrared sauna is a modern type of sauna that uses infrared rays to heat the body. Infrared rays are directed directly into the body, where they generate heat in the tissues. The perceivable heat in the infrared cabin is between 45 and 60 degrees Celsius. A sauna session typically lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and can help relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation and promote blood circulation. Especially people with back or joint pain find the infrared sauna very pleasant. But also athletes like to use it for regeneration of sore muscles.

Our saunas are heated for you daily from 2:30 to 6:30 pm.

Experience shower

An experience shower is a type of shower that offers different water spray and temperature modes to create an intense and refreshing shower experience. The different modes can range from a gentle spray to a powerful jet and have temperatures from 10 to 40 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the experience shower also offers features such as colored light therapy and aromatherapy to create a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Our outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00 to 19:00.

Hot-Whirlpool

A hot whirlpool uses warm water to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience. The temperature of the water is usually around 36 degrees Celsius, which can help relax muscles and improve circulation. The jets installed in the whirlpool mix air and water to apply massage pressure to the body and relieve muscle tension. Moreover, a short bath in the whirlpool can relieve stress and revitalize the body.

Relaxation room

After a sauna session, one thing above all is very important: rest and recovery. The heat in the sauna and also the cooling down afterwards are a strain on the body. To support the positive effects of the sauna session, you should therefore give your body some rest afterwards. Make yourself comfortable, drink some water or tea, read a book or sleep a little and you will feel how your body and mind revitalize!
